You will see a new page with various options. Go to the bottom of the page and find an option called Use Bitmap Fonts For Complex Scripts. It is selected No by default. Make it Yes and Click on Save.

They added a feature in their 4th version. It is called by Bitmap Fonts Support. This feature let the user see many regional fonts (including Bengali) based website! Later, Bolt Browser also added another feature to install various fonts. It's not as like as Opera Mini's. But it also let us browse Bengali font based websites. But, Bolt Browser is closed now!
 UC Browser, one of the world's most popular browsers. According to Wikipedia, UCWeb has built a network of independent servers in Asia, North America, and Europe, serving over 400 million users in more than 150 countries and regions around the world. UC Browser is now available in 7 languages including English, Russian, Indonesian, and Vietnamese. I actually discovered a manual way to see Bengali. There is a manual way to install .ttf (True type font) in Nokia's Symbian device. I just used this way to make my device Bengali supported. But Java-based phones do not have any ways like that.

 A few minutes ago, UC Team has given an official statement on their official Facebook page about the update of UC Browser for Java. Many of its previous version's bugs have been fixed and many new features have been added. The most important one is the Bitmap Fonts Support. They announced on their page-

Bengali support, it doesn't mean you can read Bengali web pages. It is just a Bengali version in fact and you can't see Bengali web pages if your phone doesn't support Bengali by default. It is still not an official version. It is still a test version. 6th June, they have announced it in their official forum. They posted,

 How To See Bitmap Fonts In Java Uc BrowserDownload the UC Browser 9.1 from http://debug.ucweb.com/java/ Choose the universal version.jar, if your phone is a non-Samsung. If your phone is Samsung, then choose later section. If it shows ‘Certificate error: Contact the application supplier' during installing, then choose the signed version.

Go to- Menu/Settings/Advanced/Bitmap Font (Green marked zone in the following screenshot) and activate it.
